Villagefetes reserve the right to refuse to send out any finder service request where we feel the wording directly or indirectly is infringing upon copyright, a registered trademark, racist, defamatory, sexually oriented, not genuine in nature or may cause offence to any recipient advertised business, company or individual. Villagefetes warrants that the finder service will be provided with reasonable care in a professional and timely manner.

These terms and conditions will apply to the following services:

Form located at finderservice/index.htm.
Email category
Forms located within directory categories via a link at the top of page.
Email advertiser
Forms located within advertisers listings via an envelope image link.

All users of the email finder service should be aware that on occasions advertisers may not wish to provide quotations or product information to certain types of businesses due to the nature of the request and the advertisers criteria, consequently the general response to the finder request may be limited. Villagefetes will not be liable for any losses or expenses incurred directly or indirectly where any individuals, businesses or companies have relied upon the service for their business requirements.

By abusing we mean giving false or misleading information about your business requirements which is deliberately aimed to entice advertisers into providing product information with no intent to purchase. This is a common practise used by students on business courses and these finder request will be automatically be discarded. If we receive complaints from any recipients we will immediately withdraw the email finder service from individuals, businesses or companies who are abusing the free email finder service.

As clearly stated under your advertising terms and conditions Villagefetes does not permit the redistributing or publishing of any finder service request that you receive. Our finder service forms a confidential privacy contract between users, advertisers and Villagefetes, redistributing to third parties or publishing without all party consent will result in the service being withdrawn from the advertiser and a review of the advertising contract.

It is important to understand that once submitted the information may be sent out to many recipients who offer that product or service.
