Welcome to this issue of our catering and food newsletter,
what a contrast to the nice weather we had this time last year. The prolonged
wet weather has effected many events over the past month or so
with some mobile catering and ice cream businesses hit hard and really feeling the
financial impact of last minute cancellations and reduced crowds at events still
held. We're a resilient bunch, used to a bit of rain, mud and going home out of
pocket, so lets hope we see an improvement over the second half of the year. |
