I came across a blog site recently who's article title for that day was "Fast
food at events is a rip off" followed by various comments about price, portion
size, quality and service. Bearing in mind that the general public have little
idea about how much the average mobile caterer has to pay in pitch fees, travel
expenses and staff cost, the price and portion size they will have to live with.
However food quality, hygiene and customer service are areas we can excel and
get right and if those are all good the customer will feel the price is worth
paying. |
