    Just bought an Epson XP-6105 Printer. I used some Some gloss paper I alread had, not Epson brand. Even after 24 hrs the ink Smudges when wiped over?
    Which Paper do you recommend and will the compatible Epson 202XL High Capacity Black and Colour multipack be ok?
    • I've checked the official tech specs listing for this printer and it does not confirm that this printer takes glossy photo paper.

      The only media it states it takes is as follows:

      Paper Formats
      A4 (21.0x29.7 cm), A5 (14.8x21.0 cm), A6 (10.5x14.8 cm), B5, No. 10 (Envelope), Letter, 10 x 15 cm, 13 x 18 cm, 16:9, Legal, 9 x 13 cm, 13 x 20 cm, 20 x 25 cm, C6 (Envelope), DL (Envelope), User defined

      I would recommend that you ask Epson directly to check this for you. Their UK Support number is: 0343 903 7766

      The cartridge pack you have highlighted is correct for your printer.

Jewel of an item

I can't seem to find gloss inserts for cd jewel cases anymore. Needed to find gloss paper thin enough to bend but still look good. Seems to have worked so far and saved me going all download musically.

Suitability

It is unfortunate that the reverse side of this paper is not plain. I need a photo paper like this to make A5 personalised greetings cards from my own photos - 2 per sheet. when folded, I print messages on the inside which are spoiled these trade marks.
