    My printer says that the cartridges have run out of ink when there is still ink in the cartridge, is this the extra 10%?
    How can I get the printer to recognise that the cartridge is not empty? This is relatively new problem but it has happened with both cyan and yellow cartridges.

    I’ve looked on the site and can’t find the link anywhere. I can only see the link to the document on recycling of cartridges and toner, but no link to request a bag.

Canon replacement cartridges

Bought these for the first time due to our high street supplier moving online. In the age old saying" did exactly what is says on the tin", or in this case, on the packet. Excellent, still a little expensive but a good product.

Great service and product

I ordered a canon product but got a call from the team who assured me that their own make would be suitable for my printer so got a much better deal. The ink is compatible (I had had a previous bad experience with another company) so I’m very happy. It was also delivered very quickly

Very good option

I have always used genuine canon inks but they are now so expensive I decided to opt for these compatible inks. At the moment I have only fitted the blue cartridge but all is working fine. I will certainly consider these again - they are about 50% cheaper than canon inks.
