    How are the empty toner cartridges recycled?
    Does brother or you provide return -paid mailing for recycling empty cartridges and where do tyey go?
    • We will send you a free label for you to return toners purchased from us. We will then send them for recycling for you. Alternatively, a company called 'empties please' can also help. If you purchase original toners, they can send you a recycling bin for you to dispose of the used toners and they will then collect it and donate to a school of your choosing.

    What delivery couriers or mail do ypu use?
    I prrefer to use Royal Mail. Do you use them?
    • yes we send most of our items via Royal Mail. However we do use couriers for some of our products too.

Supplies for office

We get through a lot of toners at our Surgery therefore were impressed with the quick turn around time. We are only allowed to use genuine brother toners for our printers as the cheaper brands have a tendency to break brother printers . Great product

Excellent

I always pay for branded toners even though they are more expensive. in the long run they may work out cheaper and you have a guarantee. but that is a personal choice. Cartridge People were quite competitive and they offer an excellent and fast service, even during the lockdown.
