    I had read about a reset counter program that has to be implemented (and paid for separately) with the replacement of this box? Or will everything work again upon just Simply replacing it?

    Checker says not compatible with Epson XP 6105, but according to Epson web site the same maintenance box is used for models in the 6100 range : C13T366100 (Epson T3661 Maintenance Kit) Please confirm as my manual for the 6105 I've just bought says the same and I would like to order one. Thanks.

    • It will depend on whether the maintenance box currently installed has a chip or not. If it doesn't and the new one does have a chip, it may not recognise it. I don't understand why Epson design it this way, as it is a consumable part.
      I would advise speaking to Epson and ask if they will reset once a new one is installed. Dont forget though, all our OEM products come with a 1 year guarantee if there are any issues.

      In the a lot of printers, replacing the ink pads is a costly affair requiring a printer engineer as well as the cost of the pads themselves, this therefore makes it more cost effective to replace the printer itself but I would suggest speaking to Epson first

Arrived the next day with standard delivery excellent service ! Easy to fit can’t review it’s perfect as I have only had about a week if it is as good as the one that came with the machine and it should be as it was an original Epson part then it will last me a good few years !

Epsom maintenance unit

Item easy to change providing you have a Snake eye headed screwdriver Initially printer did not recognise the new unit but switch off the printer thenback on OK
