    Does the drum unit has a toner?
    Do I have to buy toner separately
    • The toner cartridge does come as a separate item. The drum only needs to be replaced every 4-5 times that you replace the toner cartridge.

    • I'm afraid we do not sell the drum unit for your printer. The one highlighted would not work in this machine.

Very helpful staff

Prompt delivery as promised. However I had a problem with the first one which arrived. I spoke to George on the phone who was very helpful. He gave various suggestions but in the end sent a replacement, which arrived the next day. I shall continue to use Cartridge People for all my printer needs and recommend them.

Ordered mid afternoon on standard delivery and the unit arrived the next morning, unboxed and installed with no issues and my printer is like new. A very easy and fast transaction, would definitely purchase from Cartridge People again.

The product is exactly as advertise. Only negative is the shipping time as it is a special item and the purchaser need to verify this is the item they want as it’s not centrally stored.
