    if no software solution, what are the full and empty weights of XL cartridges (HP 963XL)
    • I would refer you to the below link for instructions on how to check the ink levels on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9012.
      Unfortunately the weights of the cartridges is not something we have available

Just as Good

Not noticed any drop in print quality since switching over from the Genuine HP cartridges to Cartridge People own brand. Would recommend as considerably cheaper.

Cartridges

Haven’t actually used these yet, as am waiting to the end of my Instant Ink contract to start using them. Have been paying for Instant Ink for quite a while and think I will save money by buying from Cartridge People

Surprised & Delighted

Was called by the CP and briefed on their product and the savings that I could make over HP cartridges that I ordered. I was told there would be no issues with their cartridges not working. I made the switch. The cartridges worked just fine and I was refunded the difference in price which was quite a saving. Happy days.

Quality Products, Terrific Service

These cartridges are as good as the originals, however the price difference makes them so much more value for your money. I also appreciate the notification of special offers and prices which are specific to my needs and. It just random like so many other companies. Well done Cartridge People.

They work perfectly

Bought these as the HP originals are so expensive. I was going to buy originals as other non-originals don't work. But these do. Excellent customer service from The Cartridge People.

Glad I changed brands

Very pleased with this product. Ordered the printers make, but was contacted by the company and changed to their own brand. Really pleased with the cartridges. Will order these again and save money.
