Brother QL-820NWBc Thermal Transfer Label Printer (Wireless) Description

The Brother QL-820NWB / QL-820NWBc allows you to print in both black & red it also offers fast print speeds with up up to 110 labels per minute and capable of printing labels up to 62 mm wide, complete with a large backlit LCD display & inbuilt cutter allows you to create custom labels up to 1 meter in length. The QL-820NWB / QL-820NWBc boasts excellent connectivity with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, ethernet & USB you will have no trouble connecting in the office or from home. Paired with the optional battery back, allows it to become a mobile label printer.

    Why has this not got a three pin plug?
    See UK legislation "The Plugs and Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994".

    • Yes, the Brother QL-820NWBc will accept non original tapes, they are listed at https://www.cartridgepeople.com/Labels-and-Tapes/Brother-Labels-and-Tapes/Brother-Printer-Model/QL/QL-820NWBc-Cartridges.
      However, none of these are circular labels

    • Yes, the Brother QL-820NWBc Thermal Transfer Label Printer is compatible with macOS 14, 13, 12, 11, 10.15.x. With these you shouldn't need any additional apps

Great bit if kit

Great printer, easy to use and set up, gives you a lot of connection choices and you can use non manufacturers label giving you more label choices unlike Dymo whose labels are now chipped

Bluetooth app from your phone, or WiFi. Use it for customers repair jobs, looking much more professional than hand written stickers

Review printer brother QL 820 NWB Well worth buying this one a bit more pricey than the one before this one but it Interacts with other software on app stores has Bluetooth has Wi-Fi not tested the AirDrop as yet

Brother QL-820NWB

Item works as expected so no complaints there. Only gripe was that the item came with a European 2-pin plug and not a UK 3-pin. Is this even legal? Problem was easily solved by using a 3-pin plug that was lying around but was still a little frustrating.
