      Does this printer require a CD rom drive to install?
      I have a lap top without a CD drive and most laser printers I've seen require a CD drive to install.
      • You can connect the printer to the laptop/computer via a usb lead and then you can download the software from the Brother website.

    Great Product

    Plugged it in set up iP address using Mac Address and it printed without install of software, it used the paths of old printer, Installed the software for benefits and it just works.

    Perfecto

    This is my 2nd one of the these Brother printers - very reliable and cheap to run. I like this particular model as it fits inside a small space and this is my second purchase as a spare as I can't have a bigger printer as it would mean re-designing my setup which I don't want to do.

    Quietly satisfied

    it is indeed quieter than older Brother this HL-L2370DN is. Nice for print quality to be improved, as expected from a new machine. Just plugged in to old wires and off it went

    Just works

    Connected network cable and powered on - connected to my home network without issue was able to test print from W10, W7, Linux Mint and Android devices. Quality fine for what we need.

    HL-L2370DN

    I became fed up with wireless printers. So the search went on I waned a printer that could be connected to my router. Nothing to set up plugged it into my router and wow it printed straight away.

    Quiet, easy to set-up duplex printer

    Fairly straightforward instructions. Easy to set-up. Quite quiet. Only feature request would be if diplay and control could be tilted vertical.
