Excellent customer service

I ordered this item together with an original Brother toner cartridge, as I was unhappy with the print quality of the Cartridge People toner that I had just installed. Within minutes of placing the order, I was phoneed by Cartridge People who wondered why I had not ordered another of their own brand cartridges. When I explained about the print quality issue, they immediately offered to refund the money for their faulty cartridge.I think that this is excellent Customer Service.

Incorrectly ordered

I needed toner and ordered drum in error cartridge people could not have been more helpful. Correct toner dispatched and I returned the unused drum. Credit processed promptly. Very slick and efficient customer service. Keep up the good work.

gone back to genuine as your drum caused nothing but problems. Had to abandon it and buy genuine.
