    How many copies should this drum unit last for ?
    i've seen that these drum units are pre-programmed to need replacing after a certain number of pages [ ie 9000 / 25000 ] irrespective of if they are still ok. is that true ?
    • Our Cartridge People Compatible MLT-R116 Drum Unit (Own Brand) is designed to have the same page life as the original drum which is quoted as 9000 pages

Great quality item

Had been putting off changing the drum unit in my printer due to the cost. But I eventually got fed up with the warning messages and red lights. Having bought toner cartridges from this supplier before, I searched their site for a cheaper off brand product and picked this item. It has certainly restored the quality of my printer at far less cost than the manufacturer's item.

Perfect non branded alternative

I am a returning customer to the Cartridge People as I have found their service to be refreshingly professional and the products to be of high quality. I had issues finding any non branded inks to be compatible with my Epson printer until I tried the Cartridge People's product and have now sourced their imaging unit as a replacement for the expired Samsung one and it works perfectly. Will use again

Difficult to identify - but Cartridge People helped

It was a bit of a nightmare trying to work out the right drum unit for my Samsung laser printer to turned to Cartridge People an their customer support folk, who were really very very helpful and enabled me to identify the right drum, as well as toner cartridges that were compatible. Both the drum and the cartridge is working perfectly well, so I'm well pleased particularly with the customer service, as well as the products.
