    Is this printer WiFi
    Only have an iPad so is this printer compatible with my iPad?
    • This is not wifi compatible I'm afraid. Can only be connected to a device using a USB cable

    Does this printer come with the USB cable to connect to a laptop/device?
    When adding to the basket it asked if we wanted to add a USB cable so am unsure whether it comes with one or not.
    • No, printers do not come with the cables anymore. You will need to order a separate one. They have stopped sending them now, as most people do tend to have these in their household.

Great Printer

Absolutely delighted with the printer. I was looking for a cheap no-nonsense printer and in all honesty, all of the searches for a cheap printer came up with everyone but the Cartridge People, but I persevered in my search and the Cartridge People's name came. Lo and behold, they had a UK call centre, I got through to somebody really helpful who said that he would get a colleague to call me back. The colleague did call back, and the next day, I received my printer. Set it up and worked first time, and I am over the moon with it and the advice I received from the Cartridge People and with the printer.
