The Mini Boss is a smaller version of the highly successful Hogg Boss Machine. It has been introduced to provide an alternative solution for small scale catering operations who doesn’t necessarily require or have the room for our standard Hogg Boss Machine.

The Mini Boss does all that the larger hog roast machine does but on a smaller scale. It comes as standard with all the attachments needed to cook a large joint of meat on the Rotisserie.
The included standard rotisserie parts can be used to cook half a lamb or pig or several large chickens or a turkey the size of an Ostrich.
