Highly durable and easy to use, the pasta boiler can either be used as a standalone unit or inserted into a varithek system. Digital controls give you the precision you need, whilst the multi layer base with aluminium in the core provides impressive energy saving efficiency. The design provides functional assembly with a pasta set for fresh pasta 1 hanging frame, 2 pasta baskets gn 1 3, 2 pasta baskets gn 1 6 or with a fritter set for crispy fried food 1 hanging frame, 2 deep frying baskets gn 1 3.
