By simply placing the adaptor on top of an existing buffalo manual fill water boiler tap, there's absolutely no need for anyone to touch the appliance with their hands. The adaptor uses a clever levering mechanism which activates the tap by simply pushing a cup against the stainless steel adaptor. A great solution for reducing the spread of infection.
